Job Description

● Directing and directing all production activities in order to achieve the goals of the organization. ● Guiding personnel and subordinates to achieve organizational goals in this unit. ● Monitoring and coordinating the production units to achieve the production plan. ● Monitoring and following up on daily production reports and follow up on non-compliance. ● Finalizing and validating the estimate of time resources, manpower, and time. Items needed to produce products. ● Controlling how to set up documents by operators. ● Fixing the non-compliance observed in the process audit. ● Monitoring compliance with production standards. ● Warehouse supervision. ● Coordinating transportation and sending products (logistics). ● Monitoring production capacity measurements, checking limitations, and preparing production forecasts. ● Supervising the determination of storage standards and inventory control. ● Analyzing orders, supervising MPS compilation, and implementing MRP. ● Supervising purchase orders and order control. ● Supervising the preparation of production plans, implementation of plans, and analysis of deviations. ● Coordinating with supply chain components in determining preventive and corrective actions. ● Doing other assigned duties.
