Job Description

● Collect and analyze project data. ● Participate in the development and introduction of planning office processes and standards. ● Prepare a schedule using Primavera P6 and MSP which provides the project execution plan. ● Risk management of main track and program components, development of reduction plans if necessary. ● Provide report information for internal and external use. ● Prepare analytical daily, weekly and monthly reports. ● Update project cost, time, and resources. ● Plan, update, and control the completion phase of projects. ● Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), and schedule. ● Responsible for implementing and controlling Scrum methodology processes in software teams. ● Perform all secondary tasks as instructed.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or an MBA graduate. ● At least five years of previous PMO experience. ● Work experience in the IT industry is an advantage. ● Familiarity with traditional and agile methods of project management. ● Understanding of project management standards. ● Planning, monitoring, and reporting skills. ● A flexible, disciplined, and patient person. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office, having advanced knowledge and experience with analytical capabilities in Excel, and having advanced experience in presenting slides in PowerPoint. ● Ability to identify and evaluate problems and solutions, refer to applicable policies, identify options and recommend appropriate action. ● Problem-solving power. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Strong interpersonal skills. ● Ability to convey clear and concise recommendations to management or leadership. ● Ability to work on multiple projects/products simultaneously. ● Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ● Ability and interest in continuous learning.
