Job Description

● Receive contracts concluded from the contract affairs unit and carefully study the contract. ● Receive approved engineering drawings and its initial study and notify the engineering technical unit. ● Preparation of project specifications based on the contract, plans and notification to the relevant units of the organization. ● Pursue the preparation of the project implementation schedule based on the contract concluded by the planning and sending unit for the buyer or employer and follow up to receive approval. ● Pursue the preparation of technical documents based on engineering drawings from the quality and technical control units and send to the buyer or employer and follow up to receive approval. ● Introduce the project elements to the buyer or employer (if necessary, a contract). ● Pursue the preparation of initial estimates of hardware based on engineering drawings from the technical engineering unit and send it to the buyer or employer and follow up on its supply. ● Track project finances.

Requirements

● At least 10 years of managerial work experience. ● Gender preference: Male. ● Age range: 35 to 45 years old. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering from reputable state universities. ● Advanced level of English. ● Excellent skills in organizing, planning, and managing time. ● Rational thinking combined with the ability to solve creative problems.
