Commissioning the new production lines which include engineering and procurement of required equipment.
Consulting and negotiating with the marketing department regarding market demands and selecting the suitable production line, accordingly.
Helping improve the existing production lines based on the demands of the production and technical departments.
Managing developments of utilities, facilities, and infrastructure with respect to newly purchased production lines.
Consulting the production, engineering, QC, and R&D departments to facilitate a mutual understanding of manufacturing needs and limitations.
Closely working with the production, engineering, QC, and R&D departments with an aim to improve product quality.
Attending meetings and specialized engineering exhibitions to keep up to date with market demands and industry developments.
Closely working with the finance department for providing a reliable and up-to-date budget plan.
Providing accurate and reliable project time schedules and closely monitoring the project subtasks during the project’s execution phase to avoid any diversion from the confirmed time plan and budget.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering are also acceptable based on the rest of the resume and work experience).
More than five years of food industry experience; 3 years of project management experience (preferably in the food and beverage industry).
Advanced English communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in using MSP or other project management tools.
Knowledge of project management frameworks and ideology.

Basic knowledge of finance and financial management.
Ability to draw up detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
