● Coordinating with all the elements of the project and communicating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and all related bodies.
● Estimating the detailed budget of the project based on the project charter.
● Preparing the project schedule according to management's wishes and available resources and limitations.
● Planning and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines.
● Presenting the organizational chart of the project.
● Monitoring and controlling the activities and progress of the project and its compliance with the schedule.
● Guiding, supervising, and monitoring the correct implementation of activities and instructions by managers.
● Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports regarding time, budget, and quality.
● Creating and monitoring the quality control and quality assurance system of the project.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related fields.
● At least ten years of project management experience.
● Ability to manage projects and time management.
● Ability to analyze and manage project risks.
● Familiarity with project management processes.
