Job Description

● To participate in the project's preliminary definition, size the project scope (Capex, team, planning), and evaluate the complicity of technologies to be implemented. ● To coordinate the specific project teams (technical, users, buyers, controlling). ● To be accountable for the Capex budget, project deadlines, quality execution, and people safety. ● To ensure the commitment and involvement of the plant staff with the project. ● To be accountable for final project analysis and post-study. ● To be accountable to implement the engineering methodology and tools and to improve the engineering activity efficiency. ● To coach and support all people in the relevant scope in line with company values in order to foster people development as well as company goals.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. ● Fluent in English, both verbal and written. ● At least 3 years of managerial experience in relevant fields.
