Job Description

● Updating and reporting on the schedule progress. ● Updating and reporting on the budget and spending. ● Identifying resource requirements and gaps. ● Monitoring project performance. ● Managing a subset of the project, such as a particular phase or deliverable. ● Planning of personnel structures. ● Supporting the preparation of project plans. ● Preparing and following up the meetings and presentations. ● Acting as a stand-in for the project manager. ● Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals. ● Contributing to the planning and development of projects. ● Supporting the coordination and management of projects. ● Completing any tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other fields. ● At least 1 to 2 years of experience. ● Effective communication skills. ● Interpersonal savvy. ● Customer focus. ● Fast learner.
