Job Description

•Updating and reporting on the schedule progress •Updating and reporting on the budget and spending •Identifying resource requirements and gaps •Monitoring project performance •Managing a subset of the project, such as a particular phase or deliverable •Planning of personnel structures •Support with the preparation of project plans •Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations •Acting as stand-in for the project manager •Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals. •Contributing to the planning and development of projects. •Supporting the coordination and management of projects. •Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements

•B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial engineering, Chemistry or other Engineering majors •At least 1-2 years of experience projects (as an advantage) •Effective Communication Skills •Interpersonal Savvy •Customer Focus •Continues Learning
