Job Description

The project coordinator works closely with different teams in Jabama ranging from marketing and product to commercial and operation and even the CEO. The project coordinator manages to hold meetings, document, follow up with other teams, process assessment, and revision, and prepare required reports. Besides, we are looking for a passionate, proactive, and talented educated from high ranked universities who have great communication and interpersonal skills to be in charge of keeping different processes and workflows on track. This new colleague also needs to have an analytical mindset and be happy with data. Responsibilities: ● Scheduling, organizing, and holding different meetings. ● Communicating with people in different teams. ● Providing updates and reports to executive-level managers. ● Managing project-related documents. ● Monitoring KPIs, Discovering and reporting potential issues. ● Receipting reports on defined actions from other teams.

Requirements

● Great communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to manage tasks and projects. ● Ability to document. ● Detail-oriented and monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of projects. ● Strong multitasking skills. ● Good at analytical and system thinking. ● Time management skills. ● Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. ● Experience in using task management tools like Trello. ● Experience in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. ● Familiar with project management.
