Job Description

● Supervising the preparation and updating of the detailed project schedule and all related items such as databases, etc. ● Monitoring the synchronization of all engineering, procurement, contract, and implementation departments. ● Supervising the preparation of weekly employer reports and presenting them in relevant meetings. ● Supervising the preparation and implementation of the compensatory workshop plan (Plan B) in case of deviation from the original plan. ● Supervising the preparation and updating of the project budget to present to the relevant officials. ● Supervising the preparation of the project's monthly budget forecast file according to the EPC program. ● Monitoring the implementation of the approved monthly budget. ● Monitoring the correct implementation of information registration in the main project budget file by the budget expert and the lack of contradictions in the total budget, monthly budgets, and commissions received. ● Attending employer meetings with the project manager and providing additional explanations and, if necessary, preparing meeting minutes and following up until the result is achieved. ● Attending employer meetings and providing additional explanations. ● Organizing workshop meetings with the main elements of the project and preparing meeting agendas. ● Identifying the existing and potential problems and obstacles and providing solutions to solve the problems and obstacles.

Requirements

● Age range: 30 to 45 years old. ● Gender preference: Male. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering. ● Proficient in project time management. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Proficient in MSP software. ● Work experience in tower construction projects. ● Work experience in project control team management. ● Teamwork spirit.
