Roles:

• Set schedules for production lines.
• Control and prepare daily production status reports.
• Control and manage personnel shifts.
• Carry out production plans and agendas of all departments.
• Provide suitable schedules.
• Check the production capacity of goods.
• Time measurement and work measurement in all production lines.
• Check and monitor all warehousing activities, inventory control, and correct ordering of goods.
• Sales forecast with the help of the marketing unit.
