Job Description

● Daily and weekly production planning based on forecast and announced sales orders. ● Organizing personnel and arrangement of people based on the skills and capabilities of the production hall. ● Leading, controlling, monitoring, and scheduling management to increase daily and weekly production records. ● Recruiting, training, and evaluating workers in order to provide sufficient and skilled manpower for the production department or factory. ● Analyzing data related to production in order to check the degree of compliance of production operations with planning. ● Providing written and systematic reports regarding daily production and presenting them to the senior management of the company. ● Monitoring the performance of factory workers to ensure their optimal performance and safety. ● Workplace: The factory is located in Shams Abad Industrial Town.

Requirements

● Gender preference: Male. ● At least ten years of work experience in manufacturing companies (especially household appliances). ● Proficient in assembly production processes. ● Ability to make decisions in critical situations. ● Ability to communicate with all people at all levels. ● Sufficient ability to train workers and explain things. ● Problem-solving skills - in order to solve problems and issues arising in the production line. ● Having the necessary flexibility in related matters and working hours. ● Ability to do group work and constructive interaction.
