Job Description

● Manage and control production line efficiency. ● Optimize production cycle times. ● Manage product scrap reduction. ● Identify the causes of machine downtimes and provide solutions to minimize downtimes. ● Manage continual improvement in the production department. ● Manage and optimize raw material consumption of production machines in order to reduce raw material scrap. ● Identify and analyze the defects of products produced by the machines and provide remedial action to resolve the problem. ● Control and maintain the implementation of 5S in the production hall.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. ● Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old. ● At least 5 years of production management work experience in the injection molding industry preferably bottle closure production. ● Good knowledge of the injection molding process and injection molds. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Sociable and self-motivated. ● Fluent in English. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Gender preference: Male.
