Job Description

We seek to hire an experienced production manager in the printing and packaging industry for the food industry to supervise all production activities, with strong safety leadership, for the manufacturing of high-quality products. He would also supervise the workers and ensure that other production goals are met. As a production manager, your job will include the followings: ● Supervise the production of products to achieve high quality. ● Develop and implement innovative strategies. ● Inspect products and their production process regularly. ● Response to our customers for their needs and complaints. ● Analyze generated data to identify and solve problems. ● Motivate the workers in the factory to continuously achieve the goals of the factory. ● Evaluate major sources of machine downtime and create action plans to improve machine efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● Proven experience as production director in the packaging industry. ● At least 5 years of work experience. ● Complete familiarity with MS Office and moderate English proficiency. ● Experience in reporting on key productions. ● Outstanding communications skills. ● Excellent organizational and leadership skills. ● Attention to detail. ● Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
