Job Description

● Control the product value chain from material procurement to consumption and coordinate needed improvement projects. ● Collecting and analyzing market research information including potential and actual potentials of domestic and foreign markets, supply/demand process of goods/services, size and market share, competitors' situation, market segmentation, etc. ● Visit the market on regular basis for gathering market information including price (Fact Book report), new products, and the status of the presence of competitors' products in the market. ● Develop an annual marketing plan and annual budget for the product group. ● Develop marketing programs, market development, and new methods of market penetration based on research and provide relevant reports to superiors. ● Carry out actions related to establishing a proper relationship with the sales department to collect and analyze market information and compare the company's products with similar products of competitors and prepare analytical reports for presentation to superiors. ● Carry out market studies and research in order to identify and collect information on the consumption of covered products. ● Study, research, and search to identify the status of competitors in similar products in different provinces and regions. ● Identify the market share of product group products in different provinces and regions. ● Identify patterns of consumer goods consumption in different provinces and regions. ● Prepare a report on performance and provide it to superiors. ● Carry out measures related to feasibility and marketing of suppliers of new products to enter the product portfolio. ● Establish communication and coordination with the supply chain unit to review supply and supply issues. ● Establish communication and coordination with the sales department to review sales issues. ● Attend exhibitions to introduce new products and offer their competitive advantages over similar products of competitors. ● Investigate the causes of returning goods from the customer and follow up on fixing them. ● Coordinate and cooperate with advertising units and provide improvement strategies in advertising methods.

Requirements

● MBA degree. ● 7 years of relevant work experience. ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● Excellent skills in computer. ● Multi-task capability and team working. ● Age range: 35 to 45 years old.
