● To assist production operation/platform delivery teams to facilitate the proper rollout of the products and promotions.
● To conduct UAT and post-implementation tests on MTNIrancell Digital P&S and portals.
● To conduct tests on promotions and campaigns before /after Launch.
● To monitor, track and support to improve product performance effectively by using test results, application logs, customer problems, and customer care division inputs.
● To monitor the performance of applications, and raise and follow related incidents and performance reports.
● To collaborate with ITS and technical teams to get their resolution for various promotions and campaigns.
● To assist the team in raising changes in marketing products and applications and increase their performance.
● To contribute with a specialist for clarifying URS and provide input for clarification sessions.
● To prepare appropriate data export from different sources for monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
● To represent products and services of the company in events and roadshows.
● To follow up on, troubleshoot, and respond to CR division-raised logs.
● To implement campaigns to promote awareness of products and offers.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing or Communications), or IT-related fields.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in an area of specialization.
● Experience working in a small to medium organization.
● Familiar with UI/UX Design.
● Familiar with Data Visualization and Presentation.
● Familiar with methods of test.
