Job Description

Mission: ● Assist to design, deliver, maintain, and promote new and current products and services to make sure the planned targets are being met. Roles and responsibilities: Business Analysis (BA) and Product Design Tasks: ● To assist BA and Design team to analyze the market and benchmarks, collaborate with all stakeholders to collect and analyze all requirements based on Business Analysis tools and techniques, and design the products based on the Design Thinking approach. ● To assist BA and Design team to draw up and document detailed product specifications (URS) also customer journey maps for new product ideas/enhancements/changes, targeting maximum product performance, submitting it in the portal, and getting necessary approvals. ● To assist BA and Design team to participate in clarification sessions with vendors, ITS, and other required departments and stakeholders to finalize the required solution. ● To assist BA and design team to develop detailed test cases for new/enhancement of products and share them with ITS Quality and other stakeholders (in alignment with “Channel Management & Product Delivery” and “Product Operations” teams). ● To assist BA and Design team to conduct new product implementation, test, analysis, and monitoring quality of service, before and after commercial launch and also to ensure compliance to product objectives, established best practices and benchmarks, as part of value streams’ cross-functional teams. ● To assist BA and Design team to prepare necessary reports of assigned products and services for management. ● To assist BA and Design team to attend trade shows, exhibitions, and press conferences to introduce new products and services to the public. Channel Management and Delivery Tasks: ● To assist the channel and delivery team to collect and analyze stakeholders’ requirements and designing and implementing the services on all required channels, in case of new services or products the same action was done with the collaboration of the “Business Analysis” and “Operation” teams. ● To assist the channel and delivery team to handle assigned channels and product delivery processes to maximize product performance and meet the defined targets. ● To assist the channel and delivery team to prepare a product roadmap on assigned channels, and designing commercial releases to launch the product into the market gradually. ● To participate in clarification sessions with vendors, ITS, and other required departments and stakeholders to finalize the required solution on different channels, and report MOMs to managers. ● To assist channel and delivery team to participate in all required channel committees (like customer touch point, E-shop, DPOS, etc.) and report its MOMs to managers. ● To assist channel and delivery team to develop detailed test cases for new/enhancement of assigned products on assigned channels, and share them with ITS Quality and other stakeholders aligned with “Product Design” and “Product Operations” teams. ● To assist channel and delivery team to collaborate with brand team for preparing and executing communication plan of assigned products and services, aligned with Product Design and Product Operations teams ● To assist channel and delivery team to do E2E test and delivery of assigned new products on assigned channels, analysis and monitoring quality of service, before and after commercial launch. ● To assist channel and delivery team to follow the launching of assigned new devices in the market E2E (modem, handset, smart home devices, watches, etc.) ● To assist channel and delivery team to prepare necessary delivery reports of products and services on assigned channels for higher management. ● To assist the channel and delivery team to collaborate in research, identification, and implementation of new digital channels to deliver the services. Product Operations Tasks: ● To assist the Product Operations team to monitor, maintain, promote, and supporting the assigned live products and services over their lifecycle to ensure there is no issue from a technical performance perspective. ● To assist the Product Operations team to handle assigned technical systems (can include SDP, CBS, UMS, ENM, RECO, ECP, SMSC, EDW and Big Data, MFS, and all nodes regarding Bolton Management, etc.) and escalate immediately to ITS in the case on any incident, to make sure all services are available without any technical issue. ● To assist the Product Operations team to collaborate with technical and business teams during the assigned product/services enhancement process. ● To assist the Product Operations team to track and evaluate on a regular basis Product Operation KPIs for the assigned services, such as revenue, adoption, churn, performance, and user experience and to provide analysis and advice to the marketing management team about necessary promotional, re-launch or decommission strategies. ● To assist the Product Operations team to design and set BTL promotional campaigns on all capable platforms and services for the assigned service. ● To assist the Product Operations team to contribute marketing brand activities to ensure maximizing the assigned product adoption during different stages in its lifecycle. ● To assist the Product Operations team to support Customer Experience and Customer Relations teams in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues of the assigned services, and implementing necessary changes based on customers' feedback/queries.

Requirements

Education: ● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or related fields. Experience: ● At least two years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in working with others. ● Experience working in a small to medium organization.
