Job Description

● Investigating current existing hotels on Alibaba and targeting potential hotels to online them. ● Training reservation department of targeted hotels (Admin of Hotel) and activating their accounts on the panel. ● Training financial department of targeted hotels to use the financial center of the panel (Increasing full automated bookings through the channel manager). ● Training new joined hotels to use the panel before activating the hotel on Alibaba. ● Maintaining the live hotels to keep them engaged with the panel. ● Resolving issues and supporting hotel admins. ● Pricing (Data Entry). ● Matching competitive prices for all hotels (Manually). ● Training all new features on the channel manager for all hotels. ● Negotiate with hotel managers and reservations. ● Working on CRM software (Jira – CRM). ● Sign contract with new hotels. ● Fix finance contradictions through own hotel managers. ● Managing overbooks. ● Supporting hotel admins and troubleshooting (Technical Problems). ● Changing cash method contract to credit contract.
