The position: As a procurement intern, you will be responsible for providing support to procurement/contract Functions by implementing purchasing management strategies and administering purchase programs: ● Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, and contracts. ● Create contract templates for procurement. ● Process invoices for goods and services delivered ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation and timely payment. ● Determine a process for tracking orders across all sites. ● Establish the SAP/ICE report process and prepare weekly files. ● Help procurement for routine tasks in specified periods. ● Help procurement partner prepare needed data for Dept. meetings or events. ● Define different KPIs. ● Implement project board and the ways to follow up on projects. ● Coordinate different tasks with all other departments. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in English Translation/Literature, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields. ● Great capability for innovative problem-solving skills is expected due to the variety of subjects treated. ● Good command of English both written and oral. ● High level of innovation and initiative. ● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
