Procurement and Purchase Supervisor

Job Description

Objective: The Procurement Supervisor will join International Trade Administration (ITA). The key purposes of this position: - Take all responsibility by knowledge and experience with self-confidence to accept the purchase requests. - In this position every single things follow up personally to ensure all necessary actions done in Details, the result should be a safe, reliable and reasonable purchase cycle. - Organize and connecting all correspondence from the globe to i-Mix related Departments. - To be in charge of guests visit plans and hospitalities, exhibition and seminars plan. The Responsibilities: - Every purchase cycle in ITA starts by receiving a (Material Requisition-MR) from Sales Dept. and it will end up by (i-Mix warehouse arrival notice) to sales Dept. - We expected to give this position to a person who knows exactly what are the responsibilities that we meant by this short-explain. - Translate and follow up all technical and scientifically transmittals with related supplier to achieve final defined acceptable goals. - Cooperate in seminars and exhibitions and customers visits with our international partners. - Report to: CPO (Chief Procurement Officer)
