Job Description

The contract management team and our mission is to make the supplier contract finalization process smoother by managing the commercial team's requests and negotiating with the legal team to reduce checklists of documents and design the contract progress easier without increasing risk to the company. So our main tasks will be: ● Prepare a database for contracts and related reports to have better insight into each step and SLAs. ● Prepare document list and review checklist of each category and brand and onboard commercial teams. ● Raise and follow improvements in the supplier panel and DK admin panel to automate the procedure as possible with the product team.

Requirements

● At least one year of experience. ● ICDL knowledge. ● Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Passionate about task quality, having good organizational skills, and the ability to work toward tight deadlines.
