Job Description
● Collecting and studying technical standards in the field of control and precision instruments and applying them in developing procedures and technical instructions for operation and maintenance processes.
● Collaborating and participating in improving and updating the procedures and technical instructions of operation and maintenance processes and repairs in the field of control engineering and instrumentation.
● Training operational staff, sharing the latest version of technical documents, and ensuring correct application of documentation.
● Cooperating in planning, maintenance, and preventive repairs in the field of control engineering and instrumentation and providing technical supervision and quality control of processes.
● Periodic technical evaluation of operation and maintenance activities, staffing of operational sites, and preparing reports for the project manager.
● Cooperating in determining and clarifying the technical specifications of equipment (spare parts, special and general tools, etc.) and services required for operation and maintenance projects and preparing data sheets.
● Assisting in the technical evaluation of suppliers and contractors.
● Preparing technical documents for tenders and technical evaluation and scoring of tenderers' proposals.
● Providing inspection, quality control, and testing services in the field of control engineering and instrumentation during equipment delivery.
● Helping managers and employees with the operation, maintenance, and repair projects in solving technical problems in the field of control engineering and instrumentation.
● Providing technical and engineering services in the pre-commissioning and commissioning processes, preparing a list of defects and punches in the field of control engineering and instrumentation.
● Supervising and controlling the punching process performed by contractors and providing technical assistance in the field of control engineering and instrumentation.
● Auditing reports received from operational sites in the field of control engineering and instrumentation, providing corrective comments and tracking improvements.
