Job Description

Mission: ● To manage to conduct financial cost analysis by applying different costing models throughout the MTNIrancell. ● To ensure the availability of financial measurement tools and the creation of top-down budget targets that are aligned to business objectives of reducing costs, improving efficiency, and maximizing shareholder return. Roles and responsibilities: ● To manage and maintain a costing model to use the outputs in launching new products, services, or promotions. ● To ensure MTNIrancell costing models are customized based on business needs and updated. ● To liaise with other divisions to ensure all departmental submissions are accurately and promptly prepared and delivered as well as analyze statistics on corporate performance in different areas and foresee feature trends (corporate performance). ● To critically review and analyze divisional submissions reports and make recommendations on their approval or modifications through the reports provided by Financial Analyst. ● To provide and implement a monthly costing model for the voice, SMS, and data. ● To manage costing models and tariff settings, respond to a variety of inquiries regarding costing procedures and information needs from a variety of sources. ● To support and collaborate with finance planning GM and financial analysis senior manager to review the business plan and business cases. ● To escalate financial risks and long-term financial effects on the company through presenting financial scenario analysis results to top management. ● To manage to prepare all monthly and ad hoc reports delivery to CFO and COO on special projects by providing requested financial analysis. ● To manage activities of team members to conform to standard working PPPs and the need for cross-functional participation. ● To prepare a monthly performance report on MTNIrancell investments and subsidiaries ● To participate in feasibility analysis on new ventures and business development opportunities in conjunction with respective teams. ● To prepare quarterly financial and non-financial analyses between Irancell and MCI. ● To identify development opportunities for team members during project planning and assist them in building new skills. ● To ensure team activities and assignments comply with the deadlines and reporting requirements. ● To support the investment committee on required supporting reports. ● To prepare and provide the quarterly comparison report on MCI financial statement vs MTNIrancell.

Requirements

Education: ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or other related fields. Experience ● 5 years of accounting, budget, or finance-related experience. ● Business planning and financial modeling experience. ● Experience in top-down planning.
