Job Description

● Follow up and review the progress of projects with subsidiaries companies (PC companies in façade systems). ● Manage, analyze and control project reports. ● Identify and assess the risk of projects and corrective action. ● Follow up on project performance and quality monitoring. ● Design, manage and update project management information systems and generate relevant PIMS reports. ● Arrange production priority upon projects situation and factory capacity. ● Manage System and Methods team.

Requirements

● At least 10 years of work experience. ● Proficient in project management system based on PMBOK, PRINCE, and experience in establishing the organization's project management office. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Management. ● Familiarity with the basics of construction project management and construction implementation methods. ● Familiarity with the topics of planning and control of construction projects. ● Mastery of planning and scheduling. ● Mastery of critical path analysis. ● Mastery of delay analysis methods. ● Mastery of the construction stages of the building and the investment project. ● Mastery of project control and reporting. ● Familiarity with cost management and project risk management. ● Mastery of PMBOK standard. ● Familiarity with general software and project management software.
