Job Description

Digikala is looking for a platform journey supervisor for producer sellers. As a platform journey supervisor, you will manage producer sellers from registration to maintenance and continuously track the performance of the rest to identify the trends, obstacles, and needs and will work collaboratively with sales, marketing, operations, and seller marketing teams to solve the problems to sustain growth for sellers and team. ● Report to the platform journey manager. ● Manage sellers' funnel from registration to growth and maintenance. ● Monitor and support sellers in different buckets (high, low, and growth) and set semi-automated and automated actions (mass and specific communication,) to improve their performance. ● Analyze the situation based on the data, segment the data and drive proper actions to achieve the targets. ● Define the action to improve CR from registration to maintenance. ● Close communication with other commercial teams. ● Prepare reports to give insight to the team for improvements in projects and actions. ● Work with cross-functional teams to manage your shop, execute campaigns and strategic projects, and marketing and operations teams.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Mass communications, or other related fields. ● Strong communication skills (oral and written). ● Data-driven and strong analytical skills. ● Excellent problem-solving, and critical thinking. ● Multi-tasking skills. ● Marketing and sales knowledge. ● Interest in setting up processes and learning new IT tools. ● Ability to think creatively. ● Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is preferred. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office. ● Fluent in English.
