Job Description

● To liaise with ITS, Technical vendors, etc., to support all platform delivery team’s activities. ● To contribute to designing and implementing digital strategy and roadmap. ● To collaborate with product owners to design an encompassing User Journey for Digital P&S. ● To lead the team to identify technical requirements of digital products based on products roadmap, experience, and performance reports and ensure their alignment with digital strategy. ● To support the team in drafting CERs/RFPs, also review and confirm them. ● To involve in process of clarification of changes on digital platforms/products based on their scope and priorities. ● To constantly review the progress of changes implementations as projects move on via team reports, support team in resolving escalated issues to ensure the deadline and expected quality met in the result. ● To involve in the negotiation of RFPs in collaboration with other managers of the department with vendors to support the technical side. ● To attend in content provider acquisition committee to support the technical side of the assessment and clarification on the platform and technical needs. ● To lead development of MTNIrancell digital P&S delivery plans in order to meet company requirements for digital segment offerings. ● To monitor digital P&S initiatives and make sure timely delivery of digital services/ platforms and initiate a solution to enhance them. ● To ensure all MTNIrancell digital P&S offerings are up and running/functional as per defined scope. ● To work with business units to improve digital decision-making in regards to technology choices and the implementation and integration of 3rd-party products. ● To work collaboratively with all MTNIrancell digital service partners to provide the best-known customer experience services in the digital area. ● To study best practices and suggestions for improvement on business especially digital area regarding benchmarks. ● To manage generation and validation of various reports including adhoc for line manager and other requesters on digital business and team activities.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others. ● Fluent in English. ● Advanced in Project Management and Product Management.
