Factory Location: Garmsar, Semnan.
● Design and review processes for operational controls and management.
● Jobs defining, assigning, and monitoring staff.
● Staff skill measurement and training plan issuance/implementation to raise the skill as per target.
● Assistance to finance for annual budget-making by Site CAPEX jobs assigning.
● Prepare the required reports for the management.
● Follow company policies and regulations.
● Implementation of HSE policies/processes at the site.
● Assistance in purchase management.
● Support production planning with suggestions, and guidelines for the smooth run of the manufacturing cycle.
● Site CAPEX or projects management jobs execution leadership and support to individuals.
● Monthly review of operations and reporting to management.
● Staff objectives review on a periodic basis to achieve ratings as per the company and personal goals.
● Monitor company KPIs and provide guidelines/suggestions to achieve the KPIs.
