Job Description

● Plan to increase the knowledge and skills of installation experts. ● Update installation instructions and provide customer service. ● Monitor the performance of the installation team and evaluate their efficiency. ● Plan to provide after-sales service to customers. ● Deploy the installation team to perform customer service. ● Evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with after-sales service and efforts to control them. ● Monitor and measure the after-sales service process and take action to improve it. ● Track products and services provided to customers. ● Supervise the training provided to customers by technical experts. ● Provide feedback on product defects to the company for their continuous technical improvement. ● Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance to the relevant units to analyze them and take the necessary actions. ● Review customer requests and assess their feasibility before signing a contract or providing services to them.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Power, Electronic, Telecom, or related fields. ● At least 2 years of experience in the same or related positions. ● Good communication and negotiation skills. ● Self-motivated in achieving targets.
