Job Description

● Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. ● Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine the progress of work and completion dates; and compile reports on the progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems. ● Systems evaluation. ● Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. ● At least 2 years of relevant experience (experience in the FMCG industry is preferred). ● Familiar with planning principles and warehouse handling. ● Familiar with the production process. ● Familiar with ERP and MRP. ● Knowledge of mathematics and statistics. ● Good skills in computer software especially Excel. ● Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions. ● Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Able to sit, stand and move around for long hours at a time. Soft skills and personality traits: ● Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure. ● Self-Motivated and able to work in a team. ● Good computer skills and Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. ● Familiar with traditional and modern production planning processes. ● Ability to search on the internet in both Persian and English. ● Ability to interact with others in a professional manner. ● Strong analytical capabilities.
