● Support day-to-day planning activities in different departments, including developing planning documents, and maintaining stewardship of planning processes.
● Collaborate with planning director in support planning of senior executives at the organization in developing strategic and functional plans.
● Interact with senior leaders in the organization and assist in the execution of various special projects and operational activities.
● Develop analytical reports and contents.
● Support operational planning in support of processes.
● Develop project plan and budget.
● Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on the project's progress.
● Investigate and analyze projects and reporting.
● Collaborate with project teams in executing project activities and meeting the project goals.
● Design, document, and maintain system processes.
● Audit processes in accordance with the standards.
● Design, implement, and refine supply chain processes from materials to the product.
● Drive the day-to-day activities to meet supply chain program objectives.

Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or an MBA graduate.
● At least 2 years of elated experience especially in planning.
● Good knowledge of operational planning, project planning, and control.
● Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
● Good knowledge of service management models and practices (ITIL, ISO 20000).
● Problem solver, critical thinker, analyzer, idea maker, and fast learner.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
