Job Description
● Participate and be the point of contact in the management of Contractors planning deliverables including progress and cost reports, updated schedules, meeting reports, areas of concerns, catch-up plans WBS, CBS, and procedures.
● Prepare schedules (basic, detailed, and executive).
● Prepare a cash flow plan and resource allocation.
● Set up project control reports (daily, weekly, monthly and managerial).
● Participate in meetings and prepare minutes and follow-up approvals.
● Follow up on time obligations of project contracts.
● Coordinate all site disciplines.
● Prepare project planning and control instructions.
● Design and develop managerial dashboards.
