Job Description

● Supervise the activities of the sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives for the portfolio considering an agreed cost budget. ● Lead and coach medical representatives' activities. ● Monitor the sales team activities. ● Monitor inventory stock. ● Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales challenges. ● Handle complaints regarding sales. ● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control medical representatives. ● Analyze operational records and report to managers. ● Determine call plans. ● Manage contact list. ● Monitor sales activities via double visits.

Requirements

● Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary, or Master's degree in Biomedicine Sciences. ● At least 3 years of professional working experience. ● Preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies. ● Fluent in English, writing, listening, and speaking. ● Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ● Good communication skills, enthusiastic and energetic, hard worker, coaching skills, and teamwork spirit. ● Trade marketing and chain store experience.
