Comply with the requirements of good manufacturing methods (GMP) for the production and packaging of sterile pharmaceutical products.
Comply with all the quality standards of the production of injectable products in order to maintain the quality conditions of the product and the health of the patients.
Supervise the proper execution of all related working instructions and standard operating procedures.
Meet production requirements, delivering quality products to customers in a timely fashion and cost-effective manner in compliance with National and international standards.
Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes.
Implement control systems on the shift or multiple shifts to eliminate product quality discrepancies.
Identify training needs of personnel to improve their skills.
Investigate and resolve disciplinary issues of Personnel.
Responsible for assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the area of production (GMP).
Ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the quality team for risk assessment and corrective action.
Do other matters assigned based on Superior orders, in the job field.
