Job Description

Our company is growing and now we need a commercial employee to support our country manager along the way. Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in all areas of business communication, operations and reporting. she will be an inspiring team member ready to ensure productivity and quality performance to achieve our long-term company vision. Roles: ● Assist the head manager to prepare for jobs and organizing jobs. ● Set daily employee objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and goals. ● Monitor ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL performance and report on progress. ● Adhere to department policies and procedures. ● Daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities. ● Listen to the country manager on daily tasks. ● Take action on the job given, and follow through. ● Ask for suggestions from the manager on problems to solve and move ahead. ● Commercial assistant jobs shall be to register companies with different producers in chemical, Petrochemical, Oil, and Gas companies. ● Follow up for offers, proforma, shipments, and related orders. ● Prepare weekly and monthly reports. ● Handle courier. ● Handle guest jobs and administrative jobs.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum or other related fields. ● English language skills. ● At least 2 years of experience in such kind of work in Iran. ● Competency in Microsoft Office, and CRM software administration. ● Must have a learning capacity.
