● Manage calendar, including time, tasks, and scheduling all appointments and meetings.
● Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
● Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes.
● Type, prepare and collate reports filing.
● Implement new procedures and administrative systems.
● Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the team's administration.
● Assist with the preparation of presentations and documentation.
● Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation, etc.).
Requirements
● At least 4 years of experience as an executive assistant.
● Bachelor's degree.
● Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
● Advanced in teamwork.
● Professional level of written and spoken communication skills (Persian and English).
● Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skill.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
