Job Description

● Managing all the administrative affairs of the CEO. ● Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence. ● Arranging appointments. ● Typing, preparing, and collating reports filing. ● Organizing and servicing meetings. ● Managing databases. ● Implementing new procedures and administrative systems. ● Liaising with relevant organizations and clients. ● Logging or processing bills or expenses. ● Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree. ● Advanced in Microsoft Office. ● Age range: 24 to 35 years old. ● Gender preference: Female. ● Advanced in team work, being active, energetic, effective communication. ● Good at English. ● Being patient and flexible. ● Expert in doing executive affairs.
