Job Description

● Coordinate administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. ● Manage reports and documents. ● Answer phone calls and transfer them, if needed. ● Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments. ● Research, summarize, analyze and present results in a clear and continuous manner. ● Prepare and arrange commercial correspondence in English. ● Participate in external online meetings.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Management. ● At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the mentioned position. ● Mastery of English (conversation and translation). ● Familiarity with MS Office. ● Mastery of office automation software. ● Familiarity with business correspondence in Farsi and English. ● Active learning skills, time management, and planning. ● Familiar with foreign trade. ● Search skills to find the required external source.
