Job Description

The objective of the role: Your role in the Mammut Khodro in this job position is to periodically identify and analyze strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and key threats around relevant projects and key indicators in each unit in the organization and at the macro level. By analyzing the performance of the units and reviewing the plans, projects, and proposals received in different departments in order to adapt to the mission, goals, and strategies of the organization, you help a lot to advance the goals of the organization. Accordingly, as a key player, you effectively provide senior executives with an overview of the achievement of key performance indicators at the macro and operational levels. List of responsibilities: ● Develop key performance indicators and general and specialized indicators of organizational units. ● Prepare identification cards of key performance indicators of organizational units as well as a collection of information related to indicators. ● Prepare periodic analytical and managerial reports of the evaluation results and present them to the superior in the specified time periods. ● Analyze and identify the success rate and the main reasons for not achieving the goals of key performance indicators of organizational units. ● Collaborate design and implementation of a performance appraisal system ● Plan and meet with key project stakeholders to determine the goals and requirements of the project. ● Control, follow up, and monitor the physical, time, and cost progress of project activities. ● Prepare format and submit weekly, monthly and analytical reports on project progress, analyze the success or failure of projects and extract the main reasons for submission to superiors. ● Perform and follow up on other matters assigned by the superior authority and prepare relevant reports. ● Report to the Supervisor of performance planning and control. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 5:15 pm. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Supplementary insurance and Periodic non-cash benefits.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. ● At least three years of work experience in a related job in the automotive industry. Specialist knowledge: ● Relative mastery of the principles and concepts of performance appraisal and quality management. ● Relative mastery of evaluation methods, monitoring and development systems and excellence and performance measurement. ● Relative mastery of the concepts of key performance indicators and general and specialized indicators of organizational units. ● Ability to analyze and diagnose complications. ● Relative mastery in compiling, monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators. ● Relative mastery in designing and formulating business processes. ● Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. ● Familiarity with quality management systems. ● Mastery of concepts and tools of project planning and management. Soft skills and personality traits: ● Familiar with the principles of effective communication and effective negotiation. ● Accurate, orderly, dynamic, responsible and consistent until the result is achieved. ● Flexible and able to face new challenges. ● Ability to prioritize doing things and make the right decisions in a timely manner. ● Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and address multiple priorities. ● Rational thinking combined with the ability to solve creative problems. ● Ability to write letters and minutes of meetings with appropriate literature.
