Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to participate in the implementation and development of employee performance management plans for employee performance promotion in line with the organization's goals The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows: ● Participate in the design and development of the performance management system. ● Participate in the design of the course and cultural/educational content aimed to increase the employees' awareness level regarding the importance and fundamentals of the performance management system. ● Make the required arrangements and follow-ups for using the performance assessment results. ● Prepare the periodical and case reports related to performance assessment issues. ● Cooperate in the self-assessment report preparation regarding the general and specific indicators. ● Analyze the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance and report to the management. ● Participate in the development and implementation of plans and projects to appraise, measure, and promote employee performance. ● Perform the necessary planning with the cooperation of other departments to prepare and compile indicators and criteria for evaluating the organization's performance. ● Supervise the excellence of the assessment plan implementation (the required follow-ups to complete the employee performance assessment forms within the specified deadline and submit a report of cases of non-compliance with the criteria and instructions communicated to the manager). ● Form the information bank using mechanized methods to concentrate information, and so on. ● Receive, investigate and handle employee complaints regarding the assessment. ● Prepare the assessment lists and required reports, and present them to relevant units.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or other related fields. ● At least 4 years of experience in performance management. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and performance management systems. ● Strong in accountability, effective communications, and outcome-orienting. ● Familiar with Power BI. ● Consumer-oriented, change leadership, people management, and team making (teamwork).
