Job Description


● Contribute and support ongoing process improvements aligned with a lean and robust mindset to ensure continuous performance improvement.
● Create and support the development of compelling workforce stories and actionable insights through HC business intelligence.
● Support the design of HC dashboards across all HC functions and countries.
● Develop data-driven analysis to support decision strategic decision-making for HC and Business initiatives.
● Help to enhance the capability to analyze and "make sense" of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner.
● Engage and collaborate with cross-functional experts across all business units.
● Collaborate with members of HC to identify, standardize and implement data and analytics solutions.
● Participate in the development and implementation of the data governance function partnering with key stakeholders.

Requirements


● Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Humanities, Business Management, or Social Sciences.
● More than 2 years of experience.
● Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, people, and closing skills.
● Fluent in English.
● Strong multi-tasking skills.
● Communicate clearly, lead the way, think group, bring innovation and thinking out of the box, self-management, and time management.
