Job Description

Payroll Calculation
To establish and maintain records and filing systems for all staff to ensure their efficient and effective use.
To ensure all employees are covered by medical insurance.
To prepare contracts for new joiners and ensure their timely availability in their respective files.
To ensure the timely annual delivery of employees’ contracts.
To keep updated personnel data sheets of the staff.
To follow up on the probation forms of the new employees from the line managers and ensure receipt of them.

Requirements:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law.
Very good command of MS Excel.
Able to speak English fluently.
Good communication skills.
Able to negotiate with suppliers effectively.
