Job Description

● Hold work shifts based on the packing schedule. ● Supervise team members working on big bag filling, big bag storage, and packing lines in shifts. ● Waste reduction monitoring. ● Monitor the increase of operational efficiency of lines. ● Ensure that all devices are working in good condition and report any breakdowns and non-compliances as well as follow up to resolve device issues. ● Ensure the presence of all materials without any interruption in production lines. ● Monitor and record the inventory of all packaging materials and send related reports as needed. ● Prepare and adjust shift reports, daily, weekly, and monthly to the relevant manager. ● Follow up the test results on the samples sent to the laboratory and take corrective action if they are out of standard in coordination with the supervisor.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Food Industry Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields. ● 2 years of working experience in a related field. ● Fluent in English. ● Familiarity with related quality and environmental standards and food and quality. ● Knowledge of production or industrial lines. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
