List of responsibilities: - Participate in the design, analysis, and retrofit of auxiliary systems and their process, including: - Package Auxiliary Systems Engineering - Lube. oil system engineering - Hydraulic & pneumatic engineering - Intake & exhaust system engineering - Sealing system engineering - Modeling & simulations of auxiliary systems - Heat and Material Balance - Process Data Sheet for Equipment & Instruments - Process Flow Diagram (PFD) - Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) - Process Description - Process Design Basis - Material Selection Diagram (MSD) - Cause and Effect Matrix (C&E) - Inspection & test of auxiliary systems - Operation & Control Narratives - Operation & Control Philosophy - Pre- Commissioning and Commissioning Procedure etc. - Checking/Preparation of All Process Calculations Like Equipment Sizing, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, etc. - Equipment and Instrument Sizing and selection, preparing Bill of material(BOM) - Analyses Project Specifications, Tender and Proposals Requirements - Review of Vendor Documents and Technical Bid Evaluation - Reporting to: Engineering Manager . - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: Sat-Wed: 8:00 – 17:30 . - Travel requirements: Occasionally.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of effective experience in mechanical engineering of packages from proposal to conceptual, basic, feed and detailed engineering in rotary equipment auxiliary systems & also in general process engineering. - BS / MS in Mechanical Engineering (or other related fields) from a reputable university. - Mastering in auxiliary systems especially for rotating equipment & machineries. - Familiarity with air intake & exhaust systems for gas turbines - Familiarity with test plans & facilities for pneumatic & hydraulic systems - Highly familiar with hydraulic & pneumatic systems - Highly Familiar with API standards relating to Auxiliary systems and hydraulic & Pneumatic systems e.g. API 614, 682 etc. - Ability to use quality control tools - Continuous follow-up of activities until the realization of results - Expert in MS-Office & AutoCAD - Familiarity with PDMS or Plant 3D - Systematic thinking and analytics view - Effective Team- working Skills - Problem-solving ability - Good report writing skills
