Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, or other related fields.
● Experience in ICT operations and maintenance support.
● Good understanding of mobile, FWA, and ISP network architecture (GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, Internet).
● Technical knowledge of Monitoring systems like Solarwinds, Zabbix, Cacti, and PRTG.
● Hands-on experience in Python, and PHP programming.
● Knowledge of Linux scripting (bash script).
● Experience in working with SQL Server and MariaDB databases.
● Expert in writing SQL queries.
● Familiar with ITIL and ETOM.
● Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic CRM is a plus.
● Familiar with Web Services.
● Teamwork spirit.
