The position: As an organizational development partner, you will be accountable: ● To assist in the implementation of a “learning strategy” to keep up continual growth and improvement. ● To ensure succession and development plans are up to date. ● To assist in feedback and growth policy implementation. ● To support training partners on training that contribute to our efforts to build a culture of growth, creativity, excellence, and impact.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of professional organizations and people development experience. ● At least a Master's degree in Psychology, HR, or Industrial engineering. ● Experience in leveraging technology to improve HR and people development activities. ● Experience in performance measurement and HR reporting. ● Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. ● Excellent communication skills in English.
