Operations and Documentation Specialist in a freight forwarder company:
The job description includes but is not limited to the below tasks:
● Corresponding with agents, customers, and cooperation with related sales experts.
● Handling air, sea, overland, and transit shipments.
● Managing and monitoring export and import procedures and documentation and all related matters.
● Updating sales experts and clients about the latest shipment status.
● Handling customer inquiries and quotations (Correspondence with agents).
● Preparing necessary or requested reports for management.
Requirements
● Excellent teamwork skills.
● Patient and punctual.
● Focused and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure.
● Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
● Having a certificate in the transportation field would be a positive point.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Outlook.
● Familiar with INCOTERMS and transportation.
● Work-oriented, efficient, and productive in his/her tasks.
● Creative and flexible.
● Ability to communicate with the people in/out of the company easily and perfectly.
