Job Description

-Handling of Operation process for all Shipments(Sea/Air/Land/Transit) -Updating clients about shipment status Step By Step. -Preparing necessary or requested reports for management -Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. /Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor’s degree. -At least 3 years of experience working in related field . -Excellent team work skills. -Patient, Punctual, Focused and self-confident with ability to work under pressure. -Minimum computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills. -Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently . -Having any certificate in transportation field would be a positive point -Fluent in Microsoft Office Specially Microsoft Outlook . -Familiar with Incoterms & Transportation. -Familiar with OTMS systems -Gender Preference: Female
