● Manage all aspects of the online ordering process and continuously improve all processes along with documenting them.
● Collaborate on online merchandising with the marketing unit to ensure accurate display of all product content accurately.
● Monitor and provide feedback on the quality and efficiency of content produced by the marketing team for online sales channels.
● Plan for the implementation of campaigns and advertisements and manage the advertising budget in cooperation with the marketing unit.
● Cooperate with the sales planning unit to plan seasonal orders and supply goods to the sales unit.
● Pursue the achievement of weekly and monthly sales goals and submit a report to the superior manager.
Requirements
● Proper familiarity with English.
● Creative thinking to create sales innovation.
● Ability to do teamwork.
● Familiarity with negotiation techniques with teams and stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
● Ability to manage the team, and report and analyze personnel performance.
● Good understanding of online and telephone sales, customer experience, and e-commerce models.
● Fluent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
● Ability to work with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
