Responsibilities: ● Planning, coordinating, and holding management programs and meetings. ● Designing and preparing required management reports. ● Carrying out office work, preparing meeting minutes, and preparing required documents. ● Coordinating between the management area and deputies, executive managers, customer employees, and other internal and external partners. ● Organizing and maintaining the administrative filing system related to the field of management. ● Coordinating travel arrangements for management. ● Managing tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

● Proficient in financial or administrative affairs. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and Excel. ● A person with good manners. ● Persistent, orderly, punctual, and creative.
