Job Description

● Organizing company events or conferences. ● Ordering stationery and furniture. ● Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative, security, and Janitorial staff. ● Managing office budgets. ● Implementing and maintaining procedures or office administrative systems. ● Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date. ● Assisting the organization's HR function. ● Administering employees' insurance and working with insurance brokers. ● Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. ● Managing office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. ● Developing office policies and procedures, and ensuring they are implemented appropriately. ● Managing administration employees to perform efficiently at their best. ● Supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities in accordance with the brand guidelines.

Requirements

● At least 4 years of experience. ● Excellent organization and communication skills. ● Perfect attention to detail. ● Being very precise, responsible, punctual, respectful, and a good team player. ● Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. ● Detail-oriented, multitasker, and able to work independently. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). ● Familiar with the Iranian payment network and bank network.
